Artoberfest
NTAA’s flagship event is a diverse celebration of our region’s art, culture and community spirit. Artoberfest brings everyone together and plays an important role in shaping the future of our arts in our community.
Artoberfest is part art show, part music festival and part craft beer and local wine event. NTAA provides funds to professional artists that train young performs in some of their first public performances. We bring in regional singer/songwriters, your favorite local foods and the best of the region’s craft beer and wine. It’s an event that accurately summarizes the spirit, creativity and livelihood of our community.
Beyond the festival, Artoberfest is also a testament to exceptional volunteerism, the spirit of giving and the development of artistic excellence. Money raised during Artoberfest allows the New Territory Arts Association to affect change throughout the year by funding access to arts education and developing programs and sponsorships that promote creative and academic growth.
Artoberfest is the crown jewel in our annual programming and is the single most important event to our continued operation. We encourage everyone not only to attend, but to invite others that don’t understand Benton Harbor and don’t know about the area’s transformation relative to the arts. There is something for everyone at this event.
To help support NTAA and our annual events, please consider becoming an NTAA member. The annual cost is $15 for students and seniors, $25 for individuals and $35 for families. Your membership gets you $5 off at the door at Artoberfest and plays a large role in our ability to lead the Art District’s growth and transformation.
